One of the most difficult decisions that you face when you are at our restaurant in Palma is to choose between all of the delicious tapas, starters and main courses which we have on our menu. Without a doubt, they make up an important part of our gastronomic offering, in which making your mind up isn’t always an easy decision. In this new menu, we have opted for excellence. The menu with two new types of croquettes: made from aubergine and ‘ajoblanco’ (a Spanish soup) and of Iberian pigs cheeks and an orange cream. Also, we have added two dishes which we think characterise us. A FORN style paella with red prawns and shore grown mussels, an authentic delight, and our cod au gratin with a honey aioli, piquillo peppers and leek cream. The latest of our new incorporations in to our menu is a Menorcan cheese foam with a grape chutney and a nut dust.

In the starter section, our gastronomic offering now includes the option of sampling our soup of the day. Also, two truly incredible new items have been included for food connoisseurs: scallops with a curry cream, herring roe and rice inflated with plankton and the FORN beef tartar with a mustard ice cream.
In regards to our pasta options, they have been completely renovated. We now offer two high quality dishes. On the one hand, we have rigatoni with a Barolo red wine sauce with truffle, boletus and caramelized onion which will make it hard to choose between this and our other delight available: lobster tortelli with a sea food sauce and basil shoots.

The last part which we have changed is an undeniable classic. We’re talking about, our seafood menu, and of course, our meats menu. The dishes which are brought to us by the ocean have been completely reshaped. We have a trio which will make your mouth water: grilled turbot with a toasted onion sauce, lemon gel and parsley oil; a marinated tuna tataki, tomato tartar and avocado yoghurt and a wild bass with sea pearls, black garlic and yuzu foam. In regards to our meats, you can try our new slow cooked suckling pig, this time with textured sweet potato, an orange sauce and a seed emulsion.
