Balance, recycling and sustainability at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca

On this occasion we will presenting a menu with less than ten cocktails, but with an unprecedented balance. Everything has been carefully thought out, from the taste, to the aromas and also the alcohol content. And more than ever we want to highlight how important it is to be able to enjoy a cocktail which is not defined by its alcohol content. Which is why we want to get things kick started with the non-alcoholic cocktails of our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca. A great example is our Rooibus Sour. Cold Rooibos tea with lemon and, as most sours come with an egg white, we have substituted this element for aquafaba, a vegan alternative which has the same consistency but is made of chickpea liquid. A healthy and vegan cocktail which also supports recycling, as the aquafaba we source from the chickpea creations which we make at our sister restaurant KOA. Ideal for those who are not in the mood to or do not want to drink alcohol, or for example our pregnant diners…Try it!

 

Low alcohol cocktails at our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca

Continuing with the philosophy of enjoying a cocktail which does not revolve around alcohol, we want to present our new cocktail offer: low alcohol cocktails. A trend which more and more people are requesting when they don’t want to drink 15 or 20 proof alcohol. We have created cocktails which have the same alcohol content as beer. And as an example, we have our Japanese Mojito. Instead of having rum it has sake and has a very low alcohol content. We make a homemade Matcha syrup with kumquat, mint, yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) and ginger beer. Filled with aroma, freshness and has a spicy kick.

 

A spritz perfect for sharing

We want to offer healthier cocktails, with less alcohol and some with 0% alcohol content. And we have a variety of examples: our vermouth cocktail, homemade Ice Tea…We also use natural fruits and fruit purees. Additionally, we have our spritz cocktail with elderflower, passion fruit, vanilla and cava. A spritz which is perfect for sharing, giving the opportunity for many different people to share this creation at once. Something a little more interesting than a jug of sangria or a pitcher of beer.
