Helen Lindes, Spanish model and ex Miss Spain, has put in first place the Forn de Sant Joan, our restaurant in Palma, as one of the places to “ eat very well” in Mallorca in her personal blog “Behind Green Eyes” in the magazine Hola!. The wife of Mallorcan basketball player Rudy Fernández has spent her summers on the island for the last seven years and has decided to put together a list of the couples favourite places within an article.

Lindes’ gastronomic journey begins at our restaurant in Palma. The model highlights that Forn de Sant Joan is one of her favourites and that it has “a lot of love”. Her first encounter with our restaurant in Palma was alongside Rudy Fernández: “I discovered it during my first visit to Palma 7 years ago when I took a walk with my Mallorcan boyfriend (now husband) and its very unique menu stood out for us”, she remembers. Since then, she says, there hasn’t been a summer than they haven’t visited the establishment.
