For the cinema lovers

Does the Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival (EMIFF) sound familiar? It is the film festival that has most grown in the Mediterranean. This year it celebrates its sixth edition. Since 2012 the number of films shown has doubled and the sale of entry tickets has almost tripled.

This festival gathers promising and professional film makers from the industry. EMIFF has a panel of judges that look for films that present real and convincing stories, with a unique touch. Across 10 days there will be films shown that are short, videos, documentaries and films in different locations such as Es Baluard, Rialto Living, Cineciutat, etc.

You can make the most of EMIFF just as much in the day as in the night. It is the same with the restaurant in Palma, Forn de Sant Joan, where you can savour our dishes before or after this great event.

If you are part of a group you can choose between 3 menus that we have especially prepared to try with friends or with family. The menu has sharing starters, a main course to choose from (only with the third option), followed by a sweet treat, the best selection from our wine cellar, water and coffee.

If you don’t want to hear about it from someone else, come to the Forn de Sant Joan.
